IMPORTANT!, if you are under 16 years old a parent/guardian must consent and sign on your behalf. The parent/guardian must be present for the duration of the treatment.

In preparation for your booking could you please read through the following and reply to KPS via email confirming any issues, allergies or health concerns from any party members which would affect or prevent treatments.
In order to make sure your therapist can carry out your selected treatments we need to know these details in advance to your booking. If you arrive on the day and declare these to your therapist she may have to adapt or change your treatment.

T&C of booking. On accepting your booking schedule/invoice and making payment unless stated otherwise payments are non-refundable. Your booking can be adapted or changed up until 1 week of the booking taking place, if you wish to cancel your booking for any reason a full refund will be given up to 21 days prior to booking after this period KPS reserves the right to keep 20% of the booking amount.
Bookings that need to be cancelled 1 week prior to booking date are non refundable.
People with allergies are required to state this at time of booking so necessary precautions can be taken by our therapists. Your treatment times will include guest changeover so your 1 hour massages will last 56 minutes and your 30 minute treatments will last 26 minutes to allocate for this.
We will use your name and contact details to share with our therapists to ensure we offer you the best service, your details will not be shared with any other parties and will be kept secure and confidential within the KPS database.
